1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, dealership), assessment responses, initiative selections, milestone check-ins, and standard log data such as IP address and browser type.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform, score your AI readiness, recommend initiatives, route the right Academy courses, and share progress with your 20 Group moderator. We do not sell your data.
3. Who can see your data
You, your assigned moderator, and QoreAI administrators. Other dealers in your 20 Group cannot see your individual scores unless your moderator shares aggregate or comparative views.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role and protected by row-level security.
5. Your choices
You can update your account information at any time. To request export or deletion of your data, contact your QoreAI administrator.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
