What is the QoreAI Learning Lab?+
The QoreAI Learning Lab is an AI implementation and accountability platform built for automotive 20 Groups. It helps dealer principals, GMs, and 20 Group moderators assess AI readiness, pick the right plays, and execute them across 90 day cycles with peer accountability.
Who is the QoreAI Learning Lab for?+
Franchise and independent automotive dealers in the United States and Canada, the GMs who run their stores, and the 20 Group moderators who facilitate peer learning. Single rooftops, dealer groups, and full 20 Groups all use the same platform.
What is a 20 Group?+
A 20 Group is a non-competing peer group of about 20 automotive dealers who meet regularly to share financial composites, benchmark performance, and hold each other accountable. The QoreAI Learning Lab extends that model to AI adoption.
How does the 90 day cycle work?+
Each dealer takes a 12 question AI readiness assessment, gets a score across five pillars, and locks a plan with three plays for the next 90 days. The platform tracks milestones, surfaces risk, and gives the moderator a single view of the entire group.
What AI tools does the QoreAI Learning Lab work with?+
The QoreAI Learning Lab is tool agnostic. Dealers can run plays on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or vendor specific tools. The platform handles structure, accountability, and outcomes rather than locking you into one model.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most dealers complete the assessment, accept their three plays, and finish AI setup in under fifteen minutes. The platform shows a quick win on day one rather than a months long rollout.
Is my dealership data secure?+
Yes. The QoreAI Learning Lab uses encrypted storage, role based access, and row level security so a moderator only sees the dealers in their group and a dealer only sees their own data. We do not train AI models on your data.
Do I need to be in a 20 Group to use the QoreAI Learning Lab?+
No. Independent dealers and dealer groups can use the QoreAI Learning Lab directly. The peer accountability layer becomes available when you join or form a group inside the platform.
How is the QoreAI Learning Lab priced?+
The QoreAI Learning Lab is sold per dealership rooftop with volume pricing for 20 Groups and dealer groups. Contact us for current pricing tailored to your group size.
What is the difference between QoreAI and the QoreAI Learning Lab?+
QoreAI is the company. The QoreAI Learning Lab is the platform where dealer leaders learn AI, run their 90 day rollout, and stay accountable to their 20 Group.
Is the QoreAI Learning Lab available in Canada?+
Yes. The QoreAI Learning Lab supports US and Canadian dealers, with English language US and Canada locales.
What roles exist inside the platform?+
Member (dealer principal or GM at a single rooftop), Moderator (the 20 Group facilitator), and Admin (QoreAI staff). Each role has its own hub: members get a Today page focused on the next move, moderators get a group health dashboard.
How is accountability enforced?+
Every play has an owner, a milestone, and a check in cadence. Risk surfaces automatically when a member has not checked in for 14 days or marks a play at risk, so moderators can intervene before the cycle ends.
Can I export my plan and results?+
Yes. Assessment results, plans, and summit recaps can be exported to PDF for board meetings, dealer principal reviews, and 20 Group meetings.
